Plastic material is natural or artificial and may be molded when submitted to certain conditions, having resin as the basic component. On the other hand, after heated may be processed by Extrusion methods, Injection and Blow. Our gases intervene on molding processes. Consult our suggestions.
PNEUMATICS VULCANIZATION
Nitrogen on its gaseous form is used to fill the rubber internal structure against the mold.
DEBURRING RUBBER
On the manufacture of mechanically molded rubber products, the excess of rubber may be removed with the use of gases. Rubber excesses are frozen with liquid Nitrogen and therefore may be easily removed.
