LEATHER DELIMING
The use of Carbon Dioxide is not harmful to the environment and its usage is facilitated. Furthermore, improves the finished product quality and reduces the costs of this process.
NEUTRALIZATION
Textiles use the cotton mercerization process, immersing the cotton into caustic soda. CO2 is used to neutralize the alkaline waters, avoiding corrosion problems on the system. Laundry and dry cleaners washing waters are alkaline and need to be neutralized. Residual water neutralization - using Carbon Dioxide - is an effective method to the environmental, corrosion and safety levels.
REMOVAL OF ORGANIC LOAD
Use Acail gases on the lime extraction process of the leather traditional tanning, maintaining its quality without compromising the environment. The injection of pure Oxygen on the treatment of biological effluents systems brings benefits, such as increasing the capacity of an existing treatment station, the absorption of load peaks resulting from seasonality or industrial process and the costs reduction, since it prevents the expansion of the treatment plant.
Ozonation
Ozone is an oxidant gas, extremely powerful, reactive and instable, allowing the water treatment - oxidation, precipitation and sanitizing - without Ozone waste, after its application. Break of hydrocarbons chain (dissociation), solidification of organic dissolved compounds, causing its coagulation and precipitation (mineralization).
